About The Author
Dr Vishwanath P Baligar is working as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at K L E Technological University, Hubballi. He was born in Shigli of Gadag district on 22 July 1966 in a well-known family.
He received his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Science Bangalore in 2004
His father Sri Parameshwarappa Malleshappa Baligar was a landlord, freedom fighter, lover of education, and a famous wrestler. Dr. Vishwanath who gave more importance to sports and education since his childhood studied Kannada medium in Shigali till class 10th class and then did engineering in KLE College of Engineering and Technology, Belgaum, then scored high marks in GATE Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering Examination and got M. Tech from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore. Later, he received his PhD degree from the world-renowned Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He has done many researches and has published his many research papers in international conferences and Journals.
