Princess Naik
Princess Naik is a post-graduate from the University of Madras with a Diploma in Business Management. She started her career as an administrator and a pioneer in the field of Pre-Primary Education in Chennai. In 1984, she founded PlayCoop, an early-learning-centre, which continues to grow and currently offers Day Care facilities as well.
A few of the unique practices and highlights of the school include a scientific teaching methodology that combines the Montessori, American and the Indian Systems of Education. The school advocates a mixed-age group teaching system and also provides one-to-one teaching to the children.
PlayCoop also runs a programme that encourages children to give back to the community.
On invitation, Naik organizes parenting programmes for employees in the corporate sector and also regularly conducts counselling sessions for parents and children.
