Dr. Pankaj Choudhury is presently working as an Assistant Professor of Law in Premier Institute of North-East with an All India Ranking. He has teaching experience for, approximately, six years. After completing LL.M. in the year 2010 in Business Law, he had served as a Research Officer in the Common Cell of NLSIU, Bangalore. During his M.Phil. at CSLG, JNU, New Delhi, he was a Teaching Assistant for Prof. Dr. Jaivir Singh and was taking M.Phil. classes on the topic: ‘Economic Analysis of Law’. He defended his Ph.D. in August 2019. He has attended various National and International Conferences and published articles in peer-reviewed journals.
Miss. Upasana Borah is currently pursuing her B.B.A LL. B (Hons) in Constitutional Law from N.E.F Law College affiliated to Gauhati University, Assam (2016-2021). She bags to hold the Asia Book of Records, India Book of Records and Assam Book of Records for writing the maximum number of research papers by an individual in law. She holds the title of ‘Young Researcher’ from the Institute of Scholars. She has also published her books on Women and Law, Discovering the Rights and Privileges of Constitutional law, View the world from a woman’s eye and co-authored the book on ‘A Handbook on F.I.R from Investigation to trial’.
Monika Bharati is pursuing her B.B.A, LL. B (Hons) at N.E.F Law College, Assam, Guwahati (2016-2021). She holds her keen interest in Criminology where she has published a few papers at UGC affiliated journals. She has presented at National and International conferences and published a research paper: ‘Role of Judiciary in Protect of Human Rights’ in the format of a book. She has also published a research paper in the upcoming book: ‘Global Thoughts and Opinions’ edited by Hon’ble Justice A.K. Sikri and published by Indian National Law Review.
