Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalPratibha’s stories have authentic expression of life experiences. They contain struggles, desires and dreams of the contemporary life.
The variety of stories reflect different voices of today. On one hand, hypocrisy of mind seems getting battered and on the other, a Shayar fearlessly encourages harmony of religions. One other story attempts to bring differently-abled (wrongly called handicap in colloquial language) children in the mainstream. In yet another story, the heroine realizes manifestation of power in her own hands and rises from shambles .
The father wanting to achieve his own unrealized ambition to settle in California through his son and the son going through the pain of his father’s expectation is also beautifully portrayed in one of the stories.
Her stories are voice of the core.
