Appointment and Removal of Judges - Indian Context

Author Name: Dr K V Sreenivasan | Format: Paperback | Genre : Educational & Professional | Other Details

According to the principles of management, planning, organization, cooperation, coordination, supervision and control are essential for the effective functioning of an organization. Judicial appointments should be made by the Judicial Service Commission in a transparent manner and we have to frame proper clear-cut procedures for removal of errant judges. Legitimate public criticism of judicial performance is a good means of ensuring accountability.
