Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalI was so full of glee and grateful to him when he asked me to write the foreword for his book, I remember the G-Meet Call, and he lightened up, he so much got me as a friend, and so did I. This book is what I believe is also a key non-living, yet living memento of our friendship. His journey as well as his love for food, keeps on growing, every day...and I believe it so unceasingly will.
Dr. Daniel Rakesh Chakram
It happens, sometimes, rarely, maybe because of a few good deeds I did, to meet more of a friend and less of a client when I came into contact with Daniel. His book, the first book, we've signed up is an extremely extraordinarily curated collection of recipes, I would like to cook myself someday at my home. Though the goal was to get him prepare but okay, someday doesn't mean never. What is so pure in the collection is that it is bound to tradition, cultures and to the purity and love of the recipes which is making the recipes so great in both the expeditions of flavour and of methodologies. I loved each one of them, Nati Kodu Pulusu being my favorite. I so firmly and gratefully want everyone who's been into culinary reading to get aboard once in this sweet-sour-spicy journey of Daniel and Saffronberry and his oh-so delicious dishes. I really do, and so does everyone at Saffronberry.
