The importance of Basics of Software Testing is well known in the computer engineering field. The overwhelming response to our book on Operating systems inspired me to write this book. The book is structured to cover the key aspects of the subject of software testing.
The book uses plain and lucid language to explain the fundamentals of this subject. The book provides a logical method of explaining various complicated concepts and stepwise methods to explain the important topics. Each chapter is well supported with necessary illustrations, practical examples, and solved problems. All the chapters in the book are arranged in it proper sequence that permits each topic to build upon earlier studies. All care has been taken to make students comfortable in understanding the basic concepts of the subject.
The book not only covers the entire scope of the subject but explains the philosophy of the subject. This makes the understanding of this subject clearer and makes it more interesting. Dr. Nirvikar Katiyar had passed Ph.D. degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Chandramani Jha University Meghalaya in the year 2013. His research area is Image processing. In more than 18+ years of his teaching and research career, he has worked on various posts in various prestigious institutions. He had attended 13+ various Training, Course, FDP program. Till now he has guided/supervised and evaluated 100+ Ph.D., M.Tech, and MCA Students' thesis and project work. He is a well-known academician and he had secured various Achievements & Awards. He has published 22+ international journals and also published 3 national UGC care-approved journals.
Dr. Manish Kumar, the author of this book “Handbook on Data Communication through Wireless Network ", holds a Doctorate Degree in Information Technology, with more than 20 years of experience as an educator and diligent expert in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. He has to his credit several articles published in National and International Journals along with the presentation of several research papers in National and International seminars. He has been associated with several prestigious bodies such as Life member of International Association of Engineers, Life Member of Computer Society of India, Life Member of Institution of Engineers. Currently, he is working as Principal at Vidya Vihat Institute of Technology, Purnea, Bihar.
