The book’s author is an academician who did his Ph.D. in insurance services. He was a postgraduate in Marketing Management and had 25 years of teaching and industrial experience. He has contributed several research papers in various national and internal journals. Participated in a good number of conferences and presented papers. Five of the Research Scholars got awarded the Ph.D. under his supervision. He wrote eight books, two connected to financial services banking and risk and insurance management.
