Degree College, Kishtwar and obtained his M. Sc. and M. Phil degrees in Chemistry from University of Jammu. He has served in Govt. Degree College, Kishtwar as Lecturer on Academic arrangement. Presently, he is serving as a Teacher in Jammu and Kashmir School Education Department.
