Arul Shanmugavelu
Arul Shanmugavelu is an engineer who furthered his education with a management degree. After working for a short period at HCL Limited and General Optics (Asia) Limited, he joined Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T). In L&T, he worked for 30 years, in various functional areas such as purchase, import and export logistics, domestic & international marketing, customer service, and product development. During this period he traveled to many countries and dealt with people from various cultures. In 2014, he became the chief executive of one of the subsidiaries of L&T. Currently a Managing Director of a Japanese MNC.
Arul is passionate about sharing his knowledge with others. He conducts training programs on Effective Living, Fun with Finance, and Goal Setting.
