Dr Durga Prasad Gogoi, M.Sc., M. Phil, Ph.D. is presently working as an associate professor in the department of physics, Namrup College, Dist: Dibrugarh, Assam. He has done research in Tezpur university in the field of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology. He works in the specific area "DILUTED MAGNETIC SEMICONDUCTOR NANOSTRUCTURES". In the year 2010 he has received " Dayabaty Rastogy National Award" for the best oral presentation of his research paper. The author visited "Strashbourg University" , France to present his research paper in the year 2011. He has already published more than 15 national and international papers in different journals and proceedings.
