ANIL SHAMRAO RAMTEKE
Anil Shamrao Ramteke is an IRSS officer of the 1988 UPSC exam batch, worked on important assignments on Indian Railways, and retired as Principal Chief Material Manager. He graduated in electrical engineering from Visveswaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, and his master's degree is from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. While working as Chairman of the Railway Recruitment Board, Bilaspur, he developed an interest in counseling students, and after that, he started taking counseling sessions with students in 2015. This book is the outcome of compilations of his various messages to students.
