Shamoil Ahmad

Shamoil Ahmad [born 1945] is a distinguished bilingual fiction writer of India. He writes both in Hindi and Urdu with equal proficiency. He has four collections of short stories and three novels to his credit. His collected works represent an extended reflection upon the dehumanizing effects of modernity and globalization.

In them shamoil confronts issues relating to emotional health and vitality, spontaneity, human sexuality and instinct.
