Ramesh has worked as a maintenance manager for paper industry and forging industry. He has worked as a facility manager with HCL, as a property manager for CB Richard Ellis and managed an IT park at Pune. Presently Ramesh is working as a country manager for Halliburton Offshore Service Inc. at Mumbai.
Ramesh is also associated with an ‘Institute of Facility Managers & Engineers’ and help a large number of professionals upgrade their knowledge and carrier growth. This book is one step closer to their endeavor to help the facility fraternity.
Jitendra Narayan Kumar (BE, MBA) started his career as an electrical engineer with the Naval Aviation and was exposed to work upon on various other technologies like UPS, DG, torque meter system, APCS, utility equipments, avionics etc. During his stretch with naval aviation he gained versatile experience in operations & maintenance, later he started working with the facility management industry wherein he was associated with JP Morgan, Cushman & Wakefield, BMC Software to name a few. During his second stint he headed Rest of Maharashtra & North India as a business head and is currently working as the CEO with Logicon Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. for his new assignment.
