Dr. Chandan K. Tiwari is presently working as an Assistant Professor at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, NOIDA, India. He received Ph.D. from RTM Nagpur University and MBA (Finance & International Business) from University of Pune. He also participated in teaching summer school at IIM Calcutta. He taught Business, accounting and finance for over eight years to Masters, Bachelor and executives full time and part time programmes at reputed B- schools in India. He presented research papers at international conferences in India and abroad and have publications in Journals of international repute. He has also co-authored a book on “Personnel Administration: Systems and Procedures” published by Everest Publication, Pune, India. Prof. Preeti Bhaskar is working as a faculty at Ibra College of Technology, Oman. She possesses 8 years of teaching experience in the area of Human Resource Management and general management. She has done her MBA with dual specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management from ICFAI Business School. Her research interest includes E-government, Job performance, Job Satisfaction, sustainable development, and E-learning. She has published research papers in many reputed journals and presented research papers at various national and international conferences. She has also authored a book on “Business Management” & published case studies in Case Centre, the United Kingdom and completed two minor research projects sponsored by the Symbiosis international university, Pune. She has also conducted student development programs and faculty development programs at various colleges and universities.
