K. Devarassou has obtained his M.Sc.(Ag.) from P.J.N. College of Agriculture and Research Institute, Karaikal, U.T. of Poducherry, India. He has more than 11 years of teaching and 4 years of research experience. He had published two bookw and five research articles of International repute. He was honoured with Research Excellence Award for his contribution towards Integrated Pest Management, evolutionary ecology of Dinosaurs and formulation of a new technique known as "wet cloth wraping technique". He has also guided 24 grduate students for their research credit and published more 70 technical manuals pertains to Agricultural Entomology.
