He has been a Star Trainer, in his tenure with L&T Finance, conducting in house behavioural and functional training programs for people development. Rohinton has thorough insight on the corporate training needs which helps him to dynamically structure and design programs to high standards. Training has now become the purpose of his life and is exceedingly passionate about transforming people.
