She has conducted various research work in the field of teacher education. She has more than ten years of experiences in the field of pre service and in service teacher education. Her specialization includes Teacher Education, Educational Psychology, Pedagogy of Biological Science, Educational Management and Administration, Educational Technology. She has participated in different national and international level conferences and seminars and writing books for B.Ed. and M.Ed. students.

Dr. Lopamudra Dash(M.A. , M.Phil,UGC NET, Ph.D in Education, M.A. in English& History, B.ED ) has been working as a Lecturer in Education in Nabakrushna Choudhury College of Teacher Education , Angul,Odisha, She has more than 14 years of teaching experience in both UG ,PG, and Teacher Education Institutes .Also have experience in national level research projects as research investigator. She has experienced in conducting research, and so many programmes in both in-sevice and pre-service department. Her specialization is in Educational measurement and evaluation, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology Teacher Education. She has also participated and presented paper in different national and international level conferences , seminars and workshops and also publications of paper in national and international journals and books.

Dr. Prabina Priyadarsini Behera (M.A., M.Phil,UGC NET , Ph.D in Education, M.A. in Political science and Psychology,B.ED)has been working as a lecturer in Education in Nabakrushna Choudhury College of teacher education ,Angul,Odisha . She has more than 12 years of teaching experience in both UG, PG,Teacher Education.She has also experience in conducting research and organising programmes in insevice, pre-service departments in a very creative and innovative manner. Her specialization is in Educational Research, Educational Psychology, Educational Statistics, Teacher Education.
