Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalAwareness of the present moment, or living in the present, is a deep human quest. A quest that has sparked a lot of interest in recent times, its meaning is likely to vary from person to person depending on his or her experience and experience. As a rule, the phrase is meant to separate one's psyche from its constant distraction with the past or future, and to meet a closeness such as a sense of flexibility and inner peace while doing what needs to be done right now. As confusing as it may seem, welcoming the past seems, to my situation, to proclaim the present without breaking a sweat. The benefits include more prominent fitness in real life and an internal calmness and improved adaptability to stretch. If there is a 10 percent chance that life is experience and 90 percent is responding to that understanding, living in the present can pave the way to respond significantly less disturbingly. Living in this moment energizes a mindset of surrender and recognition of the consistent reality movement of one's environment.
