Geetha Ravindran is an author of many literary works in Malayalam, English and Hindi.
Her published assets include five poem anthologies in Malayalam and one in English. She writes in leading journals online as well as in print media.
She has been working as a mathematics teacher to secondary classes in various Kendriya Vidyalayas during 1980 - 2016. During her 36 years of teaching career she has adopted different creative and innovative teaching tactics apart from the usual conventional methods. Those include using rhymes and songs, games, dramatisation, paper - cutting & model making activities, play way methods etc. This book contains several mathematical rhymes composed and used by her very successfully in her classrooms.
