There is a sophistication of thought here, a gentle turn and dignity not usually found in most fiction nowadays.

An IPS officer of the 2003 batch of Tripura Cadre presently posted as the IGP (Law & Order) in the state, Nath’s stint with the pen has been in sync with his achievements as a police officer, both on the field as well as on the desk. Having began his career as a teacher at Kamalpur Class-XII School where he served for four years, his illustrious service life has brought him numerous recognitions including President’s Police Medal for Meritorious Service (2011) and the President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service (2018).
