Dr. P. Indira retired as an Associate Professor in Botany from a Government Arts and Science College in Tamilnadu. She obtained her Graduation, Post Graduation, B.Ed, M.Phil and Ph.D degree in Botany. Having Teaching, Research and Extension experience from Higher Secondary School to Higher Educational Institutions for about 26 years.
During her academic career she guided M.Phil and Ph.D Research Scholars. Dr. P. Indira authored more than 10 research papers and published in various Journals. She also served as consultant to various Government and Private organisations. She is also a member of several state professional bodies and several technical committees appointed by the government of Tamilnadu.
