Saran S (MA, Ph. D.) is a writer, Poet, Nature Activist, Teacher, and Research Scholar. He has completed his Doctoral Research from the Department of English, M. S. University in 2020. His areas are Comparative Literature, Cultural Studies, Film Studies, Psychoanalytical Studies and Eco Studies. He is the author of several articles published in various national and international journals as well as six academic books on topics of current interest like English Language, Film Studies, Partition Studies and Cultural Studies. He also authored a collection of poems and short stories. He also edited fifteen international books. He is the chief editor of Edit Academic and also an advisory board member in The Creative Launcher, international, open access, peer-reviewed refereed, e-journal in English (UGC approved).
Ms. Salini K.S. is a creative writer, educationist and language trainer having several years of experience in the educational field. She started her career as a media journalist in the year 2002 and worked at Doordarshan Kendra for 5 years. Because of her ardent desire to pursue studies, she resumed her studies after a gap and completed MA English, B.Ed., and M.Ed., and shifted her focus of attention to teaching English. She is the college topper for both B. Ed., and M.Ed. and won several awards of academic excellence during her studies. Her research papers and articles on various topics of educational importance are widely acclaimed in the academic circle. She won the Best Innovative Paper Presenter award instituted by CTE in the year 2017 for her studies on Workaholism and behavioural problems among children of workaholic parents. Her research articles on Homeschooling and socialization myth were widely accepted and appreciated in the national and international level educational seminars. Her areas of interest also include film studies, Eco-Aesthetics and Eco –Criticism. She is a faculty in English at Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology, Trivandrum and is presently pursuing her research in English.
