Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalResearch is an essential component of medical education and practice, as it helps to generate new knowledge, improve patient care, and advance public health. However, many medical students in India face challenges and barriers in conducting and publishing research, such as lack of guidance, resources, time, and motivation. This book aims to provide ideas and topics covering various areas of research in medicine, such as epidemiology, clinical trials, genetics, infectious diseases, mental health, and more. Using this as a starting point students can proceed to design, conduct, analyze, and present research projects. It would be a valuable starting point and a resource for novice Indian medical students who wish to pursue their research interests and enhance their academic skills. This would be helpful to formulate short term studentship (STS) projects of ICMR or any conference related research work. The post graduate students may also find it useful to start their research work or expand their existing knowledge base.
It is intended to inspire and empower medical students to engage in research and contribute to the scientific community.
