Nitish Kumar Sharma

Mr.  Nitish Kumar Sharma is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Laws at Bahra University, Shimla Hills, Himachal Pradesh. He did his schooling from Chapslee School, Shimla and graduated in the field of Humanities from Center of Excellence, Government Degree College Sanjauli, Shimla. He did his Bachelor and Masters in the field of Law from Himachal Pradesh University and practiced as an advocate at the Honorable District Court, Shimla for about two years. He has also qualified UGC NET examination and is presently pursuing PhD from the aforesaid University. Right from the school days till now, he has been participating in various activities such as debates, declamations, seminars, conferences (both National as well as International levels). He has also written various articles and research papers during this period. He has a very keen interest in the field of teaching and very strongly believes that the job of a teacher is to awaken and ignite the great minds of the future and as quoted by William Arthur Ward, “Teaching is more than imparting knowledge; it is inspiring change. Learning is more than absorbing facts; it is acquiring understanding”.
