Puja Sen

Puja Sen is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and Cornell University, USA. She has worked with veteran hospitality organizations like Hilton, Starr Restaurants, Marriott and MENU Pte. Ltd. in New York City, Mumbai and Singapore. At the CIA, she co-founded the first Indian students’ association that enabled the staff and students to learn more about Indian cuisine and culture. 

She was also awarded a High Impact Leader scholarship (merit-based) that is given to students who have demonstrated academic excellence and will go on to become leaders in the foodservice industry. She has consistently been on the Honor Roll and Dean’s List at school and universities. Having extensively travelled across the Americas, Europe and Asia, she has gained precious knowledge about food and hospitality. 

Puja has also lived in 13 different cities and is looking forward to moving again. She is particularly passionate about sharing her food experiences with others. She shared her skills with advanced level students as a Lead Teaching Assistant at Cornell University. She has completed a Master’s degree with a distinction in business studies at the University of Buckingham. Along with food, she is also passionate about languages and is conversant in French, Spanish, Arabic, English, Hindi and Bengali.
