Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalThe Sun emits an enormous amount of radiant energy in the form of visible light. This light is produced through a complex process known as nuclear fusion that occurs within the Sun's core.
In the core, hydrogen nuclei (protons) are squeezed together under immense pressure and temperature, causing them to fuse and form helium nuclei. This fusion process releases a tremendous amount of energy in the form of photons (particles of light).
These photons then travel through the various layers of the Sun's interior until they reach the photosphere, the visible surface of the Sun. At this point, they are emitted into space and travel through the vacuum of space to reach the planets and other celestial bodies in our solar system.
