Tathagata Mukhopadhyay, TM to his friends and colleagues, is one of the very few writers who excel in writing both in English and Bengali. He has authored five gripping novels in the Bengali language, all published by the Ananda Publishers - one of the leading publishing houses in India – and a book in English – The Fountain Pen plus Five. The Serum and a Triple is TM’s second book in English, this time for the young adults, comprising of a novel sci-fi mystery and three gripping tales of Friendship. Writing for TM is more of a passion than profession. He is an oil and gas professional after completing Masters in Petroleum Engineering from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, India. He later switched over to Project Management for Upstream Oil and Gas Projects. TM is now an independent Project Management Consultant on a Project based in The Sultanate of Oman. TM lives in Mumbai, India, with his wife, Bipasa, and son, Prithviraj.
