My Journey from a Soldier to an Author!!
At a very young age of about 17 years, I left my hometown to join the armed forces and served the nation for about 20 years. During my journey as a soldier, I have been appointed to many risky, courageous, and challenging assignments. However, It was a normal way of life for all of us, the people who were not my fellow colleagues, but brothers in arms. We still cherish memories of those tough times which we enjoyed together and were standing for each other in any situation.
On completion of the engagement, I decided to join the corporate world. The transition from military to corporate was another challenge as the approach towards "Discipline" changes, when, what you experience earlier, is entirely different than, what you are going to experience. Thanks to those corporate mentors who helped me get settled in the corporate world and supported me to their best. Of course, I didn't come to corporate just like that. I did a lot of perpetration upskilling myself, especially on qualifications and soft skills. I started my corperate journey as a "Manager" and reached the "National Head" position in a short period of time.
I have been habitual of reading inspirational books and one day, a thought triggered in my mind. I said to myself "If I can read so many books, why cannot I write one?". This thought created a big trigger & self-motivation and I challenged myself, and eventually started my author journey. In addition to "50 COMMANDS to become a CREATIVE INFLUENCER", which speaks about 50 strategies how one person can become an influencer with 50 new stories in an organization as well as in the society, I have also authored another book called "The Slumdog Leader" which talks about the life story of a poor boy who becomes a great Leader and various real-time experiences in his life and the strategies he used to be able to position himself as a Great Leader"
