Shriram Rajendran
Chef Shriram Rajendran is the founder of the dessert-jar brand ‘The Table’ founded in 2015. His passion for cooking led him to Le Cordon Bleu London, post which he worked at The Dorchester Hotel (London), ITC Hotels and Leela Palace in Chennai. Apart from running The Table, he has also assisted in setting up and conceptualising 10+ restaurants across various cuisines such as salad bars, cafes, fine dining and multi-cuisine restaurants and tea rooms among others. With him at the helm of affairs at The Table, the brand, till date, has sold more than 5 lakh dessert jars. He has a keen interest in updating his culinary repertoire. When he’s not in the kitchen, you can find him participating actively in CrossFit.
