This story about transformations began when the country was in the upheaval of ‘change’ when organizations were craving to cope with the opening up of the economy. Changes in national and global economies made all familiar things seem outdated. Organizations and managers grappled with the transformations required to respond to the changing business landscape and acquire the required skills and role orientations.
The transformation was initiated by some organizations holistically by the development of their employees across all levels. All organizations were concerned with growth, expansion, the introduction of new technology and long-serving employees. Most of them had not experienced other organizations, nor were they exposed enough to perceive the role-transformations required. They were devoted and knew their job and were perplexed at the external changes. They aspired to participate in the organization’s forward movement. However, their roles in the same or the new challenges were not clear to them.

Prof. Indira J Parikh & Dr. Bharti Venkatesh
Prof. Indira J Parikh is the President of Antardisha. Prof. Parikh is also the Founder-President of Foundation for Liberal and Management Education (FLAME), Pune. She has been involved in creating the academic vision of holistic and Liberal Education and shaping FLAME. She has also conceptualized the thresholds of Life, Life-Space, Life-Roles and Identity. Her focus is on transformation and lifelong learning, development and growth.
Prof. Parikh has done M.Ed. from the University of Rochester, New York, USA and Doctorate from Gujarat University. She was a faculty at IIM-Ahmedabad for over 30 years and Dean from 2002 to 2005. She has taught at INSEAD, Fontainebleau (France) and Texas A&M University. Prof. Parikh is on several boards of companies as an independent director.
Prof. Parikh has been honored with several lifetime achievement awards both nationally and internationally. She has written numerous articles published in national and international journals and is the co-author/author of several books.
Dr. (Mrs.) Bharti Venkatesh a practicing psychologist, psychometrician and educationist, with an experience of more than 20 years. She is the Professor and HOD, M.B.A. of Radharaman Engineering College (REC). She is an approved Research Guide of Management with Barkatullah University, Bhopal. She was a Post Doctoral Research Scholar of Organizational Behavior, at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad for five years under the mentorship of the then-Dean of IIM-Ahmedabad, Prof. Indira J Parikh. She is a Psychologist in the Recruitment Panel of HPCL since 2006. She has been implementing the psychometric test as an HR tool for profiling and mapping leadership skills as well as organizational skills. She has standardized two scientific scales and presented and published numerous research papers national and international conferences as well in Journals.
She has been honored with Women Iconic Award, 2020. She has served as Founding Editor of International Journal of Global Management (Listed in EBSCO) for seven years....
