Anjali Rajesh Jethwani is a graduate in Business Entrepreneurship from Delhi University and is an ardent cooking lover who enjoys experimenting in preparation of a variety of food items to keep her entire family happy and healthy. She is a home-maker and devotes most of her time to manage her sweet home efficiently.
She is the mother of a brilliant daughter and devotes time to groom her in all aspects of life. She is a self-taught cook and due to her passion, she had developed ingenious techniques to cook 100% oil free and healthy, delicious Indian food varieties by practical experimenting with the ingredients and watching various cookery shows.
Kunjal Jethwani, daughter of Anjali Rajesh Jethwani, is the co-author of this book. She is presently pursuing her schooling from DPS.
