Krishna Bihari, born on 14 September 1951 is a technocrat, working in the field of construction and development . His work requires him to be involved with a lot of people like labourers, farmers, contractors, government machineries and so on. He relates to different parts of the society in his own way and expresses his thoughts and feelings through modern poetry. He has always been attached to literature.
