Dr. Vishwanath P Baligar, born at Shigli a small village in Laxmeshwar Taluk, Gadag District of State of Kanataka, India on 22 July 1966. The Author has completed his primary and secondary education at Shigli and Bachelor of Engineering from K LE College of Engineering, Belagavi in Electrical Engineering. Master of Technology in Computer Engineering from S J College of Engineering Mysore. Ph D from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore as a regular research scholor. He has worked as a Principal, SKSV M agadi College of Engineering and Technology, Laxmeshwar from the year 2005 to 2008 and a Principal of PES Institute of Technology and Management, Shivamogga, Karnaka, from the year 2008 to 2012. . He has been working as a Professor at KLE Technological University, Hubballi-580031 since 2012.
