Sunil Menon quit his 17 years of IT career to start Menon Fitness Systems with a mission to Influence the right habits for an active lifestyle by providing Training & Nutrition plans, Safe and Natural Nutrition products, Healthy hacks for smart training and lead an injury free life.
He started Menon Fitness Systems on 3rd January 2016 and quit his full-time job at Microsoft in November the same year. 
Today Menon Fitness Systems has trainees all over the globe that includes United States, UK, and China apart from India.
He is a two-time Ironman finisher. On 21st July 2019 he participated in Ironman Zurich and completed it with a time of 13:26. He is a Boston qualifier and ran Boston marathon in 3:05 with that being his Personal Best timing too. He is a certified Ironman Coach from the Ironman University in 2015. He recently co-authored a book "Fuel your Body Naturally: Be a Long-lasting endurance machine."
