If you are not prepared to put in the time and efforts needed to make your website stand out, then you need to take a serious look at your motivation for being in business in the first place.
Being online has some cache, but it also requires hard work, lots of research, time and a dedication to providing your site visitors with not only what they want but also excellent customer service. If you do not provide these or you are not available to answer their questions, do not provide fresh contents. And what is the point of having a website if your product does not sell?
Before you can be successful in building a business and be a success in communicating, you need to learn. You need the right attitude to grow your business and to deliver; there are no two ways about it. That would involve attitude, your attitude! You know if you talk to an upbeat, positive person, you come away feeling great yourself. The positive was communicated positively. On the other hand, if you speak to someone with a bad attitude, you will go away feeling grumpy and stressed.
You cannot communicate positively if you have an attitude problem. As weird as this might sound, your attitude and choice of words can directly affect the way you write your website copy. And if your attitude is not right, people reading your website copy will know that something is wrong somewhere.
