UNESCO- educational planning is what educators seek to install in students. Principal having a good relationship with teaching and nonteaching staff create a good organisational climate and provide intellectual stimulation offering individualised support and desirable professional practices and values.
Teachers are to help pupil learn things, it fills a complex set of roles, varying from community to another and from one educational level to another. Teachers observe and impress upon the minds of the pupil, the great rules of regularity and order according to stages and levels of understanding. A time and place for everything and everything is its proper time and place.
Motivation and behaviour and classroom interaction may be evaluated by teachers through self evaluation analysis – Flander’s Interaction Analysis/ Reciprocal Category system/equivalent talk category.
Curriculum area must be sound and flexible keeping in mind pupils" cognitive, physical, emotional, social developments with proper evaluation system and counselling programmes.
The school must device its means of self review; schools need as to how their managers/leaders are monitoring and evaluating school policy, organisation, school record keeping, parent involvement in school, custodial services, security and maintenance, school facilities, student academic orientation, behavioral values in planned and systematic ways.

C.I.L (India) Ltd, Govt of India; worked as member evaluation sub- committee for instructional material in Dallas.
Participated in NCTM, San Antonio meeting as official delegate for development of Science & Mathematics teaching; address as Guest Speaker the Greater Council of Teacher of Mathematics, annual meeting; have credit of more than fifteen education related broadcast on All India Radio.
Teaching in U.S. A through Fullbright Teacher Exchange Programme and got appreciation from United States Commissioner of Education 1970 and other appreciation of mementos/plates from NOBA, DAV, other societies, and one of them was awarded by the Governor of Jharkhand.
Has been to U.K., U.S.A., Germany, Japan, Hong-Kong Singapore, Sri-Lanka, Dubai.
Recipient of National Award of Teachers 1992 by The President of India.
