Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalSara is a moving story of a young girl’s quest to seek answers to her queries regarding God and spiritualism –the readers can well identify with the turmoil, the adolescent heart undergoes in her attempt to unravel and understand the mysterious equations that human beings have with God. The juxtaposition of pure and tender relationships against the backdrop of the rough and rugged terrain of the landscape has a soothing effect and reaffirms our faith in humanity which is so threatened by this stress ridden modern life. The visual effect created through a power play of words and rich imagery weaves magic and creates an idyllic realm, untainted by any vice, and the readers yearn to be transported to this world. The climax is bound to have a cathartic effect on adults and young alike … truly, Sara is a like a musical rendition that is like a breath of fresh air in this stifling heat of mechanized living.
