Mr. Tipnis has worked with in various streams such as Human Resources, Finance, Tax, Shared Services and Legal & Secretarial departments with renowned companies such as Mondelez (formerly Cadbury’s), Thomas Cook, i-flex solutions (formerly CITICORP) and Oracle. He is a certified payroll professional and has also been awarded fellowship by National Academy of India Payroll (FNAIP).
