This is an amateurish attempt and should be viewed in that light only. Though I do not have much literary background worth boasting about, I have endeavoured to craft a narration that is both free-flowing and captivating to readers. It is the life story of an ordinary middle-class boy, born into modest circumstances, and follows his journey from childhood through adolescence to the day he retired from service. I have chosen to delve only into incidents and memories that have either greatly influenced me or persistently linger in my mind.
