The author ( P. N. Yadav) was born in year 1959 at a small village of Azamgarh district under Uttar Pradesh state. The complete education of Author since primary to graduation level accomplished under the apt and able guidance of his Maternal uncle. He joined Indian Air Force as an aircraft technician after completion of graduate level education and completed A.M.I.E. degree in Electrical Engineering while serving at I.A.F. Based on the Electrical Engineering qualification, he was selected for the post of Section Engineer in Bilaspur Division of then South Eastern Railway after retiring from I.A.F. While servicing in Indian Railway, applied through proper channel and got selected from Union Public Service Commission (U.P.S.C.) to the post of Dy. Director in Directorate General of Training (D. G.T.) under Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. He joined to the post of Dy. Director at Central Staff Training and Research Institute (C.S.T.A.R.I.) Kolkata, one of the pioneer Institute under D.G.T. in year 2001. This Institute used to conduct regularly round the year one week and two week training program on Managerial topics such as Management of Institutes, Time Management, Stress management and teaching etc. It provides an opportunity to him to regularly conduct classes on these subjects. The training Methodology now had become identity of his awareness and astuteness. He retired in year 2019 from the post of Regional Director of M.S.D.E. It was his endeavor after retirement, to put in written form the eighteen years of teaching experiences and present it as a book in front of readers.
