With a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Dr. Rathore held the prestigious positions of Principal at two renowned engineering colleges in Vidarbha and served as the Vice Chancellor of a university.
In his career spanning four decades, he has authored two bestselling books before and published over 140 research papers, earning him numerous awards and accolades including a "Silver Medal" from the Institution of Valuers, India, way back in 1993.
Now residing in Gondia with his wife and mother, Dr. Rathore continues to share his wealth of knowledge by delivering lectures on valuation both in India and the United Kingdom. He is also a panel valuer of State Bank of India, LICHFL, and many other financial institutions.
