Saravanan, known as “Sara” in fitness community, puts behind the weight of his professional degrees (engineering, management, finance and company secretary) and decades of corporate experience across industry verticals to his passion of inspiring fitness among people around. Despite a healthier childhood, he lost health during his corporate stint and thankfully awakened to the strong signal by the body. He resumed his fitness journey with Idea marathon 2009 and from there he transformed himself into an accomplished marathon runner and fitness coach. After obtaining professional certifications in health and fitness, his quest for learning continued with interactions with fitness enthusiasts. Pursuing his passion, he has successfully inspired thousands of beginners into fitness journey. He has built a sustainable organization, FIONIS, to inspire fitness and ideated not-for-profit organization, Natural Health Foundation, to provide holistic support in restoring human design. He continues to share knowledge across public forum on health and his research acumen and experience with fitness enthusiasts has motivated him to distill his learning into this first book.
