He spent more than 35 years in Residential Schools in different capacities as a teacher, Principal, Educational Administration And a Trainer. He retired from Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti as an Assistant Commissioner. He has written a number of articles about Pedagogical Concerns in several Newspapers and Magazines.
