Fatemeh Karami Borzabad is a 30- year- old lady from Iran. She finished my Masters’ Degree from the University of Mysore in Physical education,Sports and Science and finished my Ph.D. (doctorate) in the same stream. She is a specialist in Pathology in sports injury. She has been writing this book for the past one year.Because she’s also a sports person, she knows how athletes enjoy long hours of sports and exercise. She hopes she can help them live a happy and healthy life.
Dr. C. Venkatesh
Dr. C. Venkatesh has beenworking in Physical Education Teachers’ Training College, i.e., Dept. of Studies in Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Mysore, as Associate Professor. Presently, he is the Chairman of the Department.His father, Sri V. Chikkavenkatappa was former Director of Physical Education, and three times Senate and Syndicate member in the University of Mysore. He followed his father’s footsteps and started his sports career by practicing gymnastics. Later, he shifted to Athletics 110 Hurdles and Basketball. He excelled in his sports career by participating in All India Inter-University Sports. He and his friends together published this book for both common man and sports persons who participate in physical activity.
Dr. Vahid Karim Azad Marjani
Vahid Karim Azad Marjani is an instructor in Sama technical and vocational school, Urumieh, Iran. He received his B.A. in Sports Science from the University of Shahid Rajaee at Tehran and his MSc. in Physical Education with a specialization in Sports science Faculty from the University of Isfahan.
Dr. Azad has written numerous journal articles on the processes and outcomes of Physical health. He has served as Associate Editor for the Journal of Manshore varzesh (2015–present) and currently serves as a Guest Associate Editor or editorial board member of three journals. He has won several awards for the most distinguished student and researcher from various universities for the year 2006-2008.
