Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalThorns Of Healing is a journey of self-growth written in the form of poems based on the author's personal experiences, and how she overcame all of them.
The book starts with ‘Love’, how it hurts, makes you a bitter person and finally lets you accept yourself.
It continues towards Mental Health issues, namely ‘Mind’, from the perspective of the person going through it.
It moves forward to a brighter side, realizing that ‘Loneliness can be turned into Solitude’. Being ‘Alone’ doesn’t have to mean being ‘lonely’. It talks about how being alone can help us know and find ourselves, letting us accept our ‘Soul’.
And finally reaches the thing that holds our world together — ‘Hope.’

“If I was a poem, I’d make you fall in love with poetry remaining your favourite one.” - Taruni
Coming from small towns, doesn’t mean small dreams. And this book is one of many dreams of the author, who hails from many towns of the Indian State, Uttar Pradesh and calls its capital city Lucknow, her home.
Taruni, who is a millennial, has been writing as far as she can remember. Though it turned into a passion a few years back, she has been writing for Radio & Advertising since 2019, from advertisements and scripts to poetry and prose.
Taruni is a voice-over artist and enjoys singing & videography among many things.
Amidst all this lies an emotional soul that overthinks and gets anxious often but overcomes it all because she loves life and its many sweet surprises.
