Notion Press Presents Count Your Blessings, Realize Your Potential By Nirbhay Jain
It can be easy to run through the maze of life without pausing to think of its meaning. Much has been said lately about the pursuit of happiness but what about the pursuit of meaning? It turns out that pursuing meaning may have more of an impact on long-term life gratitude than pursuing momentary happiness. Notion Press, India’s leading self-publishing platform presents: Count Your Blessings, Realize Your Potential by Nirbhay Jain, Your Personal Guide To Healthy Living, Time Management And Philanthropy.
Reading this book serves as an excellent reminder that time is really your only non-renewable resource, and how you invest yours will ultimately determine the quality of your life. The book can help you see that the meaning you experience in life, or indeed the meaning you give to any situation, is ultimately your responsibility. You often can’t control what happens to you, but you can always choose how you respond.
A meaningful life, therefore, is not something you can strive for directly but emerges as a by-product of having these three key elements in place- time management, health & fitness, and social work. Sourced from his rich life experience, the author provides timeless insights on how to live life to its fullest by unleashing your utmost potential. Showcasing how to channel your time, skills, and wealth towards society, the book tells you how to better yourself and your life and simultaneously live for the betterment of the world.
