Prior to join this University, he served School of Management Sciences (SMS), Varanasi as Assistant Professor for more than a decade. He has contributed his work in more than fifty journal articles, book chapters, technical reports as well as many conference proceedings. He has authored four books including a book on Digital Marketing.
