Dr. Frederick is a seasoned HR professional who leads the function at a prominent continuously managed, diversified financial and consultancy house. He holds a doctorate with his key research area focussing on employability studies of graduates. He also is on various advisory boards as a subject matter expert, helping shape curriculum and pedagogy in line with Industry requirements, a Guest Lecturer at various B-Schools, and a keynote speaker at various events and conferences including the IIMs and IITs.
