Pramila Kunhunni Krishnan is a poet from Bengaluru. She has specialized in English language and literature from Bangalore University and also had the opportunity to work in reputed colleges under the Bangalore University for a decade and a half. From there, she relocated to the Sultanate of Oman and is working as a Senior English faculty for a university college. She has also presented papers on various topics in international conferences in Oman and abroad.

Composing poems always was a stress buster and excitement to her. As a student of English literature, her interest was always in poetry reading. She is a great admirer of Romantic poets and is inspired by well-known poets like Robert Frost, William Wordsworth and John Keats. Her interest in poems intensified through her career, as she enjoyed teaching English poetry in her innovative style alongside composing. Some of her poems have also been published in international journals. Unlike the usual way, her gift for any occasion is usually the gift of poetry.

In the Sultanate of Oman, she is an active participant in the Poetry and Literary Group under the Indian Social Club. She rightly landed on this platform of her passion, to engage and compose many poems on various themes for the monthly poetry meet. Reciting and receiving appreciation has motivated her to continue her pursuit, and now her dream of publishing her first poetry book has materialized.
